Skilled hands, intentional care
Elemental Compass is built on a simple belief: skilled, intentional bodywork can be both therapeutic and restorative. Our practice brings together licensed therapists with a range of specialties and a shared commitment to attentive care.
Our team puts that belief into practice every day. We’re as comfortable working through post-surgical recovery and chronic pain as we are helping you simply slow down, all in a clean, calm space designed for healing.
“Wellness within reach, for every body that walks through the door.”
A different kind of massage practice
- 01
Clinical first
We come from accident, injury and sports-medicine settings. Every session starts by understanding what your body actually needs.
- 02
Truly restorative
Therapeutic doesn't mean clinical-feeling. Our space is clean, calm and unhurried, built for healing, not a conveyor belt.
- 03
Tailored to you
From deep-tissue recovery to gentle relaxation, each therapist meets you where your body is, never a one-size-fits-all routine.
Conditions we work with
Our therapeutic focus means we regularly support clients through injury, surgery and chronic conditions. If you’re recovering or living with pain, we’re here to help.
- Auto-accident recovery
- Fibromyalgia
- Plantar fasciitis
- Hip & joint replacement
- Spinal surgery & fusion recovery
- Frozen shoulder
