You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. The content on this site — including text, images, logos and branding — belongs to Elemental Compass or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Appointments and bookings
Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Massage and bodywork services are provided for relaxation and therapeutic wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please tell your therapist about any health conditions so we can provide safe and appropriate care.
We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation, late-arrival and no-show terms are provided when you book.
Orders and payments
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Prices, product descriptions and availability are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel an order if needed. When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
Shipping, returns and gift certificates
Shipping timelines, return eligibility and gift-certificate terms are described at checkout or on the relevant product pages. Gift certificates are redeemable for services or products as indicated and are non-refundable except where required by law.
