What it is
An ancient practice dating back to 3000 BC. Cupping applies negative pressure to the area, working the muscles in the opposite way to massage — drawing the skin, fascia and underlying structures upward to create stretch, release and flushing of the lymphatic vessels, while bringing blood, oxygen and nutrients to tight muscles. We add cupping into our sessions free of charge, but also offer dedicated sessions; shorter is best, so we provide 30- and 45-minute appointments.
