• Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Every order ships from our studio in Traverse City, Michigan. Most orders go out within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically in 3–5 business days.

• Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Choose free local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at 812 S Garfield Avenue, Suite 7, often the same day.

• Are your products therapist-selected?

They are. Every salve, soak and candle is chosen by our licensed massage therapists, the same products we reach for in the treatment room.

• What's your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
